Camphor is a transparent with a wax like structure and white in color. It is a most widely used in Hindu religion for spiritual and religious ceremony. It is also known as “Kapur” in India. There is no residual left after the complete burning of this flammable solid. Camphor can also be used to treat various health problems like fungal infections, minor burns, to relieve pain and reduce itching.
